Organisation
In 2010 Linde Engineering restructured its organisation to be a worldwide 'one-face-to-the-supplier' organisation. The six Global Procurement Centres are the points of contact in the different regions:
The centres handle all procurement activities in their regional supply market and provide full service to the initiating projects whereas Procurement Strategies are developed in the central Strategic Procurement Team.
